Booking Policy All appointments must be booked in advance. After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation message by email, text, or WhatsApp. Please note: your appointment is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, your booking has not been completed. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We allow a short grace period; however, if you are late, your appointment time may no longer be guaranteed. Clients who arrive late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or their spot may be given to another client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
